Payment Terms
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including FSA and HSA cards. Payments are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. A standard hourly rate (plus service charge) applies for certain service packages. Technician gratuity is welcome but never required.
Refund Policy
We strive for complete client satisfaction. Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once treatment has begun. If a client is unsatisfied for any reason, we encourage them to contact us within 7 days of service for a quality assurance review. Package rescheduling or credit toward future services may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
Privacy Policy
At LiceCare Solutions, we value your privacy. All personal and medical information collected during the course of service is securely stored and only accessible to authorized personnel.
